About

An affirmation of the transformational power of collective action, POP Praxis is a content and strategy studio created and led by systems change consultant, Divija Madhani.

VISION

A world where care is structural and power belongs to communities.

MISSION

To embed care into the structures that shape everyday life — turning radical ideas into tools for fair, regenerative, and joyful futures.

CORE PILLARS OF CARE

Affordability

Providing access to survival needs through economic justice and mutual aid.

Health

Investing in upkeep of ecological, physical, and communal systems.

Democracy

Renewing civic power through literacy, trust, and participatory decision-making.

WHY CARING IS REVOLUTIONARY

When shared, organized, and practiced, care is one of our most powerful tools for change. Communities of care can not only disrupt harmful systems, but they also build new ones that prioritize collective well-being over growth.

With nearly a decade of experience in systems thinking, climate justice, and community health, I bring a grounded lens to policy, research, and transformative change.

I start with what’s already working and co-build from there — always asking:

Why this? Why now?
For whose benefit?
And who has the power to decide?

EXPERTISE
